Here in the middle of nowhere Utah, I'm working to start a farm. I know what you're thinking, who wants to farm? Well I do. I'm not talking about fields and fields of grains or alphalpha or getting up at the crack of dawn to take care of all the animals, I'm talking about a smart farm.
Greenhouses, raised beds, aquaponics. That sort of farming. I want it to be a place where everyone wants to be and no one wants to leave. Life and beauty intertwined in a simple yet meaningful way. I want to plant an expansive orchard with walking trails throughout it. I want to bring the tropics to Utah and see what delights can be discovered there.
This blog will follow the project from beginning to end.
So it begins, the kickstarter project launches this week with a 30 day deadline and $300,000 to raise.
